  • How do I enrol on a Moorhouse training course?
Enrolling on to one of the courses is simple. Once you have found a suitable course that you would like to study, simply click on the book option in the navigation which will take you to the checkout where you can purchase the course. Once your payment has been processed you will be sent an email link to your course which you can access immediately. Alternatively, you can contact us directly using the contact us form
  • How do I choose the right level of course?
Some of our courses are available as either Level 1 or Level 2 or Level 3 Level 1 courses are designed for the complete beginner with little or no knowledge of the subject area. Level 2 courses are more advanced and provide you with the knowledge so that you comply with relevant legislation. Level 3 tend to allow you to supervise and train in that area. There is a course synopsis available for you to look at that will help you, but if you are not sure, just contact us and we can guide you to the right level.
  • Are your courses online or in person?
We have a mix of both. It will be clearly noted by the course information. We have great success with both approaches so pick what works best for you.
  • Where are the in-person courses?
Mostly at our London training centre in Belsize Park, North London. This is easily accessible by bus, tube and overground train services. There is parking (chargeable) at a carpark over the road from the centre.
  • Do I need any qualifications or previous knowledge prior to the course?
No. Some of our students have very little knowledge about the subjects they are studying whereas others have been working in particular roles for a number of years and want to refresh their knowledge or update their skills.
  • Is there an age restriction for the courses?
No. We welcome learners of any age.

All our courses can be found on the website. We do also offer bespoke courses for your needs. Please contact us and we can help you. We also offer courses that can be booked privately for your team.
  • What if there is a problem and I need to cancel or change the date?
Please get in touch with us as soon as possible and we will do all we can to get you refunded or moved to another date.

They have different renewal times, and some are indefinite. This will be stated in the course information so you can mark when you many need to refresh your training.

Almost all our courses are accredited. Some of our internal courses are accredited by Moorhouse Training. The awarding body is indicated on the course information.
